I'm a lead Interaction Designer at Fjord, a global design & innovation consultancy in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to moving to Australia I was at Local Projects, an award-winning NYC experience design firm specializing in museums and public spaces.
I have an MFA in design from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco and undergrad art degree from the University of Minnesota. While in grad school I worked as the resident designer for the Foresight + Innovation team at Arup, a London-based design and engineering consultancy with offices in over 40 countries around the world.
Prior to grad school I was the lead designer at Neoteric Design, a Chicago design firm focused on apps, web and mobile for arts organizations, universities, non-profits, and start-ups. For many years I worked as an art director for Urban Initiatives, a non-profit kids outreach program that serves over 20,000 Chicago Public School students throughout the city.
